Back Seal Powder Packing Machine

The back seal powder packing machine is suitable for constructing bags with a width measuring between 80mm and 140mm, and a length ranging from 30mm to 175mm. The resulting bag can be used to package a variety of powders.

Different packing machine models offer choices of various cutter types, too. The saw-toothed cutter, for example, gives users a convenient cutting experience and creates a beautiful serrated cut. Another example is the straight-blade cutter. It is used to form a straight cut as well as a small tear-notch on the side edge of the bag. Users can easily open the package by initiating a tear at the tear notch. The tear notch is designed for both decorative and utilitarian purpose.

Model DCF-300 is primarily employed to weigh powders with a weight below 500g. Upon request, we can add a static eliminator, hole-punching device, and other ancillary apparatuses. The machine is an ideal for packaging flour, coffee powder, curry powder, and tea powder.
