Tetrahedron Bag Tablet / Capsule Packing Machine

This series of tablet and capsule packing machine can automatically count and pack large, soft candies that have definite shapes and are not easily yielding.

The package made by this packing machine has a tetrahedron shape. During the sealing process, the bag may be filled with inert gas, such as nitrogen. Inflating with inert gas helps force out oxygen and retards the growth of bacteria that might spoil the product, thereby extending the product shelf life. Inflating the bag also reduces the crushing of fragile products during transportation and gives the whole package an attractive appearance.
