Semi-automatic Powder Filling Line (Auger Filler)

The ZH-5B-1 series semi-automatic powder filling line comes with an auger filler to control the flow rate of powder. According to the size of bag to be filled, we can tailor make an automatic bag clamp to facilitate the filling of bags. When the gross weight of powder-filled bag is reached, filling stops and the bag is dropped down. At this point, a worker is needed to move the bag to the side and put it onto the conveyor belt, where the bag will also be sealed. If the product requires two layers of wraps and over-wrap turns out to be a nylon sack, then a sewing machine is needed to stitch up the sack opening.

This filling line is ideal for packaging 1kg to 10kg of powdered materials.
