The primary use of our DCJ-240/DCJ-300 series packing machine is in the pure liquid and paste bagging application. The figure 240 and 300 represent the maximum widths of plastic film roll are 240mm and 300mm respectively. During the sealing process, the bag can be sealed on four sides or three sides.

Different models of packing machine offer choices of cutter types: saw-toothed and straight-blade. The former cutter type creates a convenient cutting experience and offers a beautiful cut while the latter is suitable for a wide variety of cutting applications and gives a flat cutting surface.

In addition, the model DCJ-240 is able to measure a wide range of volumes from 1ml to 100ml. This is achieved by using different pumps. Model DCJ-300 packing machine also allows volumes to be measured between 1ml and 100ml. Moreover, this machine model can be reconditioned to accommodate larger range of volumes from 10ml to 500ml.
