Powder Metering and Semi-Automatic Filling Machine

The powder metering and semi-automatic filling machine can automatically perform functions of powder metering and filling. It is designed to the GMP standard. This means the machine is capable of filling a wide range of powders, regardless of their flowability. Powdered products that can be handled by this machine include animal feed, sugar, coffee, milk powder, ground rice, monosodium glutamate, glucose, pesticide, medicine, granular additives, and dyestuff.

1. This series of filling machine is made of stainless steel. It is certified to food safety standard, and is well suited for packing highly corrosive chemicals.
2. The touch screen provides a user-friendly human-machine interface. It is able to maintain a proper functioning even when exposed to strong electromagnetic fields. Via the screen, user can monitor the weighing process, thereby ensuring a high weighing accuracy. In addition, this touch screen also makes it easy to change settings such as the packaging weight.
3. A servo motor is used to drive the screw feeder. It has the advantages of precise positioning, high speed, large torque, long service life, adjustable rotating speed, and maximum stability.
4. The powder mixing unit incorporates a maintenance-free gear motor of Taiwan brand. This motor produces low noise, offers long use life, and requires limited maintenance.
5. A gravimetric feeding system is employed to control the flow of powder at a constant weight per unit time. The weight signal is used via a feedback control system to monitor the actual feeding speed and compensate for the variations in bulk density.
6. The operating parameters for each variety of product can be stored for future use. The machine can store at most 10 parameter sets.
7. The storage hopper installed on the filling machine is fully enclosed by glasses and stainless steel. The glass window allows operators to watch the amount of power stored in the hopper. It also prevents powder leakage. A dust collector is fitted to the discharge outlet to protect the workshop environment from being polluted.
8. This filling machine features a metering screw feeder that can change its screws to accommodate small to large granules.
