PLC Liquid / Paste Packing Machine

The PLC liquid / paste packing machine is specially designed for packing liquid mixtures with a gross weight per pack between 100g and 2000g. It is comprised of two parts: a main packer and an attached metering pump. Prices for the packer may vary according to the bag size and metering range required by customers.

Great speed and accurate metering are the major benefits of the packer for user companies. The machine also incorporates the PLC and touch screen, which facilitate the monitoring of packaging process and ensures a fast repair as there are text reminders on the screen when machine breakdown occurs.

Upon request, we can pair the packing machine with one of our automated inline lift pump, in order to form a complete, integrated packaging line. The figure 400, 500, and 600 contained in the machine model number represent the maximum diameters of plastic film roll are 400mm,500mm, and 600mm respectively.

Depending on the different flowability of the liquid to be packed, the machine might be slightly modified. We do expect customer to supply us with the detailed information on the material to be bagged, in order that we can adjust the packer to its optimum operating level.
