Working Principle
The SP/H series heat pipe solar water heater is composed of SEIDO1 with two coated sides, heat pipe vacuum tube collector, steel water tank with enamel coating and support frame which is made of either aluminum alloy or angle steel with  plastic coating.

The condenser of the heat pipe vacuum tube is directly inserted into the corrosion resistant copper tube in the water tank. The heat pipe vacuum tubes collect the heat effectively and over 94% of the incoming solar irradiation is transformed into heat. Thereafter the generated heat is transferred to the  thimble tube  in which water is heated with the help of the condenser. Then, the hot water keeps circulating in the system according to  thermosiphon principle till the water in the whole storage tank is fully heated.

Since the water doesn’t flow through the vacuum tube itself , this solar water heating system is very easy to install and convenient to use without any trouble. In the event that one of the vacuum tubes gets damaged, this system can also well work without any interruption.

Heat pipe solar water heater we supply here comes with 6, 8 and 9 pieces of  vacuum tubes. Different models supply varied amount of heat for different volumes of water. The 160SP-8TF  solar water heater  is equipped with 8 pieces of vacuum tubes. Its support frame measures Φ100×2000mm. Made of 0.5mm thick colored steel plate, the shell of the water tank is very rigid and durable and the inner tank adopts the 2mm thick enamel steel for excellent resistance against corrosion and high pressure. Furthermore, the volume of the tank is up to 160L. The gross weight of this model is around 128kg. This product can well make use of the solar energy to supply enough hot water for your various applications.
