Built-in pipeline heating wire adopts PTC electricheating cable, which can prevent great currents from causing fire. Our product canbe used for hot water pipe preservation and defrosting of severe cold areas,due to the solar energy dedicated silicon rubber.

Features
1.Built-in pipeline heating wire is made of silicon rubber, which canresist high and low temperature from -60ºC to 200 ºC. Also, it offersresistance against aging, acid-base and water, so it has a long service life.
2. The product can operate automatically and keep the water in the pipe atconstant temperature between 50 and 60 ºC, if it is installed in the inlet and outletpipes. If in the outlet pipe, this product can heat water without wasting coldwater and can replace the emptier without ice blockage in winter.
3. Installed in the pipe, 3m electric wire can keep the temperature of 5-10mpipeline at 20-50ºC and power consumption between 50 and 100w. The general5-10m electric cable consumes power of 100-200w, so the lower the temperatureis, the more the power is consumed.
4. This built-in pipeline heating wire is convenient to install because theoriginal screw is se6. It can be bent and wound randomly and is easy for installation, occupyingsmall space and volume. There is silicon insulator outside the heating element.The tinned copper braiding layer can not only prevent the machines from damage butalso conduct the electricity to the ground. The product is totally moistureproof with core cooling end. It can be customized in any length.
