Features
Semi-auto flute laminating machine comes with bottom sheet automatic feeding and top sheet normal front feeding. And it has flexible front gauge positioning to control the laminating precision. Thus it features easy operation, stepless timing, and high laminating precision. Moreover, it is both fashionable and attractive, but easy to clean.
Our product adopts the electric parts of well-known Chinese brand or worldwide available brand, and all the materials imported including the key parts such as bearings are in full compliance with ISO-9001, thus guarantee the extremely accurate precision of lamination.
The bottom sheet can be A, B, C, D, E, and F flute corrugated sheet. Our equipment can do 3 or 5 ply boards to sheet lamination or board to board lamination. With advance or alignment function, the top paper weight ranges from 150gsm to 600gsm.
With gluing about 30 to50gsm, it is quite cost effective for your production.
