This high speed plastic recycling granulator is designed to recycle plasticmaterials and then makes the recycled materials into granules that can be usedas raw materials again. It can be used for recycling PP and PE plasticmaterials for example.
The helical gear reducerof the plastic recycling granulator is made using 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and thescrew and material cylinder are made using nitrided38CrMoA1A alloysteel, which provides the granulating machine with long service life.
Our high speed plastic recycling granulator is mainly composed of main andsecondary extruders, water tank, and alloy rotary cutter. Air blowing dryingunit is also optional.
