The ultra low temperaturefreezer DW-86L490 isspecially designed and manufactured for long-term storage of various biologicalproducts, including viruses, germs, erythrocytes, leucocytes and cutis.Applications can be found in blood banks, hospitals, epidemic preventionservices and research institutes, electronics and chemical plant laboratories,biological engineering institutes and marine fishery companies.

1. Temperature Control

1)       The ULT freezerhas a microprocessor controlled, digital display which can be altered in 1℃ temperature increments andan adjustable cabinet temperature range of -40℃~-86℃.

2. Safety Control System

1)       Malfunctionalarms include conditions such as the temperature exceeding the set range,power failure, sensor error, voltage range exceeded, condenser underefficiency, and ambient temperature exceeding the acceptable range.

2)       Audible andvisible alarm indications via sounding buzzer and flashing light.

3)       The ultra lowtemperature freezer comes with multiple level protection functions whichinclude password input, start-up delay protection, and voltage protection inthe event of low or high voltage.

4)       All individualparts are grounded safely.

5. Vacuum Insulation Panel Technology.

1)       Our advancedinsulation technology uses the latest vacuum insulated panel material toguarantee a great seal and to pump out air between the insulation layers so asto minimize the heat conduction rate by optimizing heat conduction, heatconvection and heat radiation. The VIP models have a better level of heatinsulation, resulting in 30% more interior storage volume without increasingthe dimensions of the cabinet.
