Scalding Machine — Water Spray

The scalding machine with a water spray is designed to scald pigs hanging on an automatic line with no decoupling or line stopping, ensuring a continuous production.

Features Multiple jet holes heat the water uniformly while the circulatory system ensures water temperature remains consistent. Through a solenoid valve and the steam membrane valve, water temperature is automatically and accurately controlled. The bottom, top, and side of the scalding machine are surrounded by insulation panels for a fully enclosed design that reduces energy wastage. Spray nozzles are inserted at a variety of heights in the machine to wash pigs in different heights while the pig carcass is immersed in the hot water bathing pool to ensure a full scalding effect.
