Singeing Oven

The singeing oven uses flames to singe off residual bristles on the pig carcass after a dehairing process. This also ensures sterilization of the carcass. The singeing oven meets requirements for mass pork production and is ideal for medium and large-scale slaughterhouses.

Features The singeing oven is equipped with 16 natural gas flame nozzles which emit 1000℃ flame to burn out the little bristles on the pig carcasses. Photoelectric system monitors the pig carcasses and controls the singeing process for times， which ensures a very high efficiency. This slaughtering line processing equipment is equipped with gas leak alarm system to ensure the security. The track uses water cooling to protect the transmission line parts from burning. This singeing oven has automatic ignition device， and gas flow can be adjusted.
