Viscera inspection is a key aspect of controlling pork safety and quality. We provide synchronous quarantine equipment for use in combination with the meat processing conveyor for a post-mortem inspection of pig carcasses, red offal and white offal.
During use, white offal is conveyed via trays while red offal is conveyed using hooks in a closed-loop conveyor system. The carcass, red offal and white offal are a one-to-one correspondence, meaning if a problem is found in one aspect, employees can immediately locate the corresponding pig carcass. The carcass and offal will be sent to a diseased carcass disposal room for a harmless treatment. Similarly, if a carcass has been found to have a problem, the corresponding pig offal can be found for the same process to ensure overall safety and hygiene of the pig carcass.
Features The synchronous quarantine machine is equipped with cleaning devices for tray and hook cleaning and disinfection using 82℃ hot water after each conveying run to avoid cross-infection. The white and red offal are automatically sent to the processing room via an automatic tray turnover and automatic decoupling. This is an efficient process that requires no annual intervention. The red offal conveyor hangs in the air; thus, it does not occupy any floor space. The white offal conveyor can be designed as a hanging tray conveyor or a floor-mounted tray conveyor according to your requirements. For more information on our synchronous quarantine equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
