Head-only Stunning

It is equipped with two head-only stunning electrodes placed on both sides of the pig ears and stuns the pig in as little as 1 to 2 seconds. This machine is highly efficient and ensures the pork quality. It is ideal for medium and large-scale slaughterhouses.

Features The conveyor holds up the pig up by the abdomen with no feet on the ground, thus preventing any unnecessary trauma to the pig. It is equipped with an automatic clamping mechanism to stun the pig instantly with a current to the brain. This electric stunning process does not lead to congestion. Photoelectric monitoring helps to precisely locate the pig head, making it ideal for different breeds and pig weights.
