Relay coil is the main part of relay. The coil and armature inserted in the coil form an electromagnet. While the magnetic field is produced by the electric current generated by coils, the armature does some mechanical movement, which drives the contact to switch on or off the circuit. Relay is a circuit control device. It is usually used in the automated circuit. As the electric current through relay coils is small and the electric current or voltage controlled by the contact is high, relay coil is an ’automatic switch’, which uses the small electric current to control the larger one. In this way, it is helpful to automatic adjustment, safety and protection and conversion circuits.

Manufacturing process:
We use CNC eight-axis winding equipment to produce copper enameled wires, whose diameter is only 0.17mm and 0.21mm. Lines are tight between each other, so the changes of the products’ resistance are very tiny. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 8 million pieces.
