Manufacturing process:
We use CNC eight-axis and twelve-axis winding equipment to produce enameled copper wires, whose diameter is from 0.06mm to 0.60mm. Lines are tight between each other, so products are stable and accessible. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 3 million pieces.
