This solenoid coil is applied in locks of electric scooters and motors manufactured by a Chinese company, having the function of control locks.

Manufacturing process:
We use CNC four-axis winding equipment to produce copper enameled wires, whose diameters are only Ф0.10, Ф0.11, Ф0.12, Ф0.13, Ф0.14, Ф0.15, Ф0.16, Ф0.20, Ф0.30, Ф0.40, Ф0.500 and so on. Lines are tight between each other, so the changes of the products’ resistance are very tiny. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 5 million pieces.

If you want us to process solenoid valves, you can send the blueprint or sample to us. Our engineer will design coils and outer casings for you. Also, we will complete the whole auto solenoid valve design and manufacture. Before we put into production, we will calculate the cost and make you confirm the sample.
