High-speed Disperser for Nanometer, LGF

This high speed disperser is a type of inline disperser for continuousoperation, which is typically designed for efficient dispersing andhomogenizing of nano-sized materials, which is widely used in variousindustries including new energy, coatings, cosmetics, food processing,LED light diffuser film, flexible PCB, etc. This dispersing system isespecially suited for preparation of positive and negative electrodeslurries for lithium ion batteries, as well as preparation of variousnanomaterials such as aluminum oxide, lithium titanate, conductivecarbon blacks and ternary composites in the nanometer scale.

Features

High frequency servo motor is used combining with compatible controlsystem, enable that the dispersing system works stably and reliablywhile ensures a long service life;
Individual design of dispersion wheel and vessel offers an excellentdispersing efficiency, especially suitable for ternary composites,graphene and graphene oxide that are difficult to disperse;
Patented cooling system allows that the materials are completelycooled during high-speed dispersion, fully satisfying customers’specific needs;
Cooling water of 5-7℃ is adopted for pre-cooling and dispersioncooling, ensuring the appropriate temperature of end products;
