Size ranges: thickness 0.10-0.40mm, width 6-20mm and length 500-8000mm Spring properties: After heat treatment, the highest hardness of 62Si2MnA can reach HV550-570, tension strength of 1900-2200kgf/mm2 with long fatigue lifetime. The 65Mn has hardness of HV480-550, tension strength of 1700-2000kgf/mm2 after heat treatment. BTX carbon steel have the highest hardness of HV560-590, tension strength of 2000-2300kgf/mm2 and fatigue life of this material is pretty long after heat treatment. What’s more, stainless steel exhibits hardness of HV560-590, tension strength of 2000-2300kgf/mm2 and enough long fatigue life after heat treatment.
