Description

The electric cable hoist WHA overhead hoist crane is manufactured by Wanhua. The product works under the voltage of 220V and is usually used to lift heavy objects. We have produced two kinds of material handling equipment with different structures, one is a single-hook hoist, and the other is a double-hook hoist, with the maximum lifting force of 1000kg. This product is equipped with an upper limit device, which can ensure that the lifting circuit can be automatically cut off when the hook rises to the limit position, to ensure safe operation.

Product advantage
The product is small in size, with an average weight of 20 kg. Because of its portability and the connection with suspension rings, the electric hoist is easy to install and only needs to be fixed with suspension rings with screws when using.
The product uses electrical power to operate. The operator only needs to control the handle to complete all kinds of work, which is convenient.
The motors are all produced by our company. The insulation level is B, and the protection level is IP54.
The product has a thermal protection device. When the temperature of the motor reaches 180℃, the power will be cut off automatically to protect the motor from overheating and catching fire.
The high power motor is equipped with the shell with many heat sinking holes to obtain a good heat sinking effect, which can slow down temperature rising and prolongs the working time of the motor.
The lifting speed of electric hoist is 10 meters per minute, so its lifting efficiency is far greater than that of manual hoists.
The range of lifting weight ranges from 100 kg to 1000 kg.
