Description The ship fiber optic cable is fireproof, fire-retardant and LZSH. The ship fiber optic connector uses 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for long-term usage in acid, basic, corrosive environments and marine climates. The connector and socket use 5-jack positioning and thread-locking connections, allowing for synchronous connection of multiple cores and blind insertion. The connection is reliable and features very little loss. The ship fiber optic cable and connector are waterproof, dustproof, corrosion resistant and durable in extreme environments. We currently provide 2-core and 4-core connectors, but customization options are also available.
Application The ship fiber optic connector uses 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for long-term operation in acid, basic, corrosive and humid environments. The ship fiber optic cable and connectors are primarily used for monitoring, meter, data and communication equipment and other onboard facilities in marine ships and vessels.

Feature The ship fiber optic cable uses a special, bend resistant G657 optical fiber cable, which ensures a smaller bending radius and stable loss even when being bent. This makes it easy and convenient to use.
The cable is protected by delicate stainless steel tubes with a great lateral-pressure resistance and bend resistance.
The special stainless steel weaving nets enhance the torsion resistance of the cable and prevent external pressure damage.
A large amount of aramid fiber is used as the bearing component, which ensures the cable is more tensile and bend resistant.
The TPU sheath ensures the cable is stable, wear resistant, oil resistant and fire retardant.
The cable features a small diameter and light weight.
5-jack positioning is used.
The cable features a small insertion loss and great replicability and repeatability.
With a sealed design, the cable is waterproof, dustproof, resistant to seawater corrosion, mold-resistant, resistant to salt spray, tensile, durable at high and low temperatures, and shock resistant. Overall, this ensures a safe, reliable performance.
The cable is wall sealed. The sheath is made of SUS316L.
The connector is small and light weight, offering an easy, reliable connection.
The thread-locking mechanism ensures a long-term reliable connection.
Standard The ship fiber optic cable and connector complies with SMPTE304, SMPTE311M, and ARIB BTA S-1005B standards.
