The structure of optical fiber composite cable is made by inserting 250m of optical fiber into a buffer tube made from high modulus polyester material. The buffer tuber is filled with filled with water proof compounds. The center of cable core is fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) or metallic strength core (metallic strength core with a layer of polyethylene). The electric wire and buffer tuber (and filling rope) is twisted around the central strength core to form a compact circular core, whose cracks are filled with water blocking materials. Extruded polyethylene or halogen-free sheath into cable after double plated plastic steel tape vertical wrapped.
