DescriptionThe stainless steel manhole cover can be divided into metal manhole cover, high strength fiber reinforced concrete manhole cover and resin manhole cover according to the material.




The material of the stainless steel manhole cover: iron plate, galvanized sheet, 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel.


Features
The stainless steel manhole cover has the following features:


1. High strength: the manhole cover which is made of magnesium features high compressive strength, bending strength, impact strength. It also has good toughness. After long term use, this product will not be crushed or damaged.


2. Beautiful appearance: the magnesium manhole cover has beautiful decorative pattern on the surface. The colors are bright and adjustable so that it can beautify the city environment.


3. Easy application and light weight: the product weighs one-third of the cast iron, so that it is easier to be transported, installed and repaired, thus greatly reducing the labor intensity.


4. Theft proof: there is no recovery value of the magnesium manhole cover so that it is theft proof. The cover can also be equipped with locking structure according to the requirements of the customers to realize theft proof.


5. High weather resistance: by adopting the scientific formula, advanced craft, perfect technology and equipment, the magnesium manhole cover can be normally used under －50℃～+300℃.


6. It is also acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, vehicle rolling resistant. So it has long service life.

Recommended application
The stainless steel manhole cover can be applied at green belts, sidewalks, motorway, docks and alleys etc. There are both round and square covers.

For the road in city center, the manhole covers are usually round because the round covers are not easy to incline. Thus it can better protect the pedestrian and vehicles. For the electric cable wells and roads at countryside, we usually adopt square covers which can better protect the facility from the rain.
