DescriptionThe excellent heat-resistance property of 309S stainless steel makes it the material of choice for various components used in heat treating furnaces, annealing furnaces, etc. This grade of steel contains a high chromium and nickel content, able to resist pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking (upon contact with chloride).
Hardness: ≤95HRB; ≤220HV, at pressure no less than 515MPa
Solid solution strengthening: Done at temperatures between 1030~1150°C. Steel needs to be cooled off rapidly after heat treating.

Allianz supplies stainless steel coils in various grades and sizes. These stainless steels are either hot rolled or cold rolled, varying in thickness from 0.5mm to 80mm. By adding various elements, we can create different types of stainless steel, including the duplex steel, austenitic steel, ferritic stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys, etc.
