Frame: the body frame and connecting bracing tube adopts 50*120 *2.5T elliptical flat tube; the movable arm adopts ⌀60／50*3.0T circular tube and 40*80*3.0T elliptical flat tube; the weight box adopts 50*100*2.5T rectangular tube. The equipment has elegant appearance and sense of power.
Saddle: one piece PU saddle; The hardness of the saddle is designed according to ergonomics. The range is controlled within 65±5 degrees so that the hardness is moderate, thus being suitable for most users. The saddle is covered with leather which can survive 8000 times of friction carried out by 500g weights and without peeling and color losing. The optional standard configuration of leather color includes carmine, Chinese red, graphite black etc. And it adopts double yellow thread stitch.
Auxiliary adjusting system of the seat: iron material; the surface adopts electrostatic coating; It adopts 200N gas spring for auxiliary adjusting so that the seat adjustment can be more convenient and fast.
Cam: it adopts high intensity PE material and CNC machining. The material has high intensity so that there will not be distortion and corrosion. The cam is quite solid and durable.
Counter weight: it is cast iron covered with PU so that it is rust proof, soft, high-end and elegant.
Pedal: adopting PU foam molding and built-in steel frame so that it has sufficient strength and comfortable feeling.
Knob: the equipment is equipped with ultra large knob so that it is easier for locking. The material is ABS+PC synthetic plastics which is solid and durable.
Guide rail of motion parts: it is made of heat treated and ground ⌀40MM 45＃ alloy steel. Its surface is hard chrome plated so that it is wearable and corrosion resistant. And it has good toughness so that it will not bend or break.
Shroud: a molding; ABS injection molding shroud; the surface adopts automobile baking painting so that it can be glossy enduringly.

Guide rod: it is made of solid alloy steel which is chrome plated. The rod is fine machined by several processes to ensure low noise, durability, no deformation, good smoothness, lasting brightness. It will not rust after 24h salt spray test.
Weight bolt: the handle is made of aluminum alloy which is color plated. The bolt is fine machined by 304 stainless steel. Every tiny parts use quality material.
Cable wire: it adopts imported cable wire of which the tested max loading capacity is 1000KG and the durability testing can be up to 250 thousand cycles.
Training guide map: it adopts PVC paster. The backside is 3M adhesive with high viscosity which is damp-proof corrosion resistant.
