Waste Screw Conveyor Equipment

The waste screw conveyor equipment adopts compression of screw feeder and resistance of the back pressure valve to generate compacted material plug. The material plug will be continuously pushed forward because of the additional raw material, thus realizing continuous feeding. This equipment has simple structure, small cross section, good sealing performance, high reliability, easy midway loading and unloading, reversible transportation direction or synchronous reverse bidirectional transportation. This equipment can also carry out material stirring, mixing, heating and cooling during the transportation. The material flow can be adjusted by the loading and unloading gate.
