Our tapered roller bearing grinding and superfinishing line utilizes modern and advanced technology, including dynamic balancing system, acoustic emission monitoring system and in-process gauge system. Stabilized loading and conveyor system have high efficiency and accurately, reduced cost, and promoted quality. All control system and machine components are supplied from internationally famous brands, allowing us to guarantee a high precision, high efficiency and long service life.

The semi-automatic grinding and superfinishing line is designed for extra-large tapered roller bearing, cylindrical roller bearing and needle roller bearing that have a size of ID= φ200-φ350mm and OD= φ250-φ500mm

Features and Benefits
1. The grinding speed is set on the display screen. The raceway grinding machine provides single-point straight line dressing, hyperbolic curve dressing and logarithmic curve dressing for inner ring raceway and outer ring raceway, which can dress the large single radius contour, multi-radii contour, hyperbola and logarithmic curve, and crowning amount 0~40 micron adjustable.
2. Constant speed grinding, with clamping electric current at 0.1~2.0A adjustable, with "High-Low" switch.
3. The superfinishing line provides two superfinishing methods: small-oscillation and large-reciprocation with small-oscillation, while keeping the original grinding crown shape. The oilstone pressure, oscillation frequency and workpiece rotational speed can be set on the display screen. The large-reciprocation system is driven by servo motor.
4. Full enclosure with three sliding doors, electrical cabinet has an IP54 protection level sealed structure and is equipped with a constant-temperature air conditioner.
5. The modular kit system enables customer-specific designs.

Features of Semi-Automatic Grinding and Superfinishing Line
1. A highly efficient and stable manipulator or robot is used for material feeding as well as discharging. When paired with a gantry conveyance system, there is a significant reduction in labor costs, increase in production quality and a better processing efficiency.
2. The tapered roller bearing grinding and superfinishing line is developed with functional systems, including an SBS balancing system, AE system (eliminating idle stroke and anti-corrosion) and in-process gauge system. All the control system and precise machine components used in the grinding line are provided by reliable suppliers, thus ensuring high precision, high efficiency and a long lifetime.
3. After using the grinding and superfinishing system for extra-large tapered roller bearings, the online technical data choosing function provides self-adaption control based on grinding allowance. The grinder also has size error feedback and can automatically adjust. When the grinding wheel is not the right size, an alarm will sound. When a workpiece is not correctly sized, the machine may malfunction. When this happens, the grinding superfinishing machine will sound an alarm and automatically shut down to prevent further damage.
