Features and Benefits
1. The grinding speed is set on the display screen. The grinding machine provides single-point straight line dressing, diamond roller dressing for synchronize ring OD and ID, which can dress the straight line, and crowning amount 0～40 micron adjustable.
2. Constant speed grinding, with clamping electric current at 0.1~2.0A adjustable, with "High-Low" switch.
3. The superfinishing machine has one oscillation-head at one vertical station can superfinishing rough and fine for OD and ID simultaneously, and provides two superfinishing methods: small-oscillation and large-reciprocation with small-oscillation, while keeping the original grinding crown shape. The oilstone pressure, oscillation frequency and workpiece rotational speed can be set on the display screen. The large-reciprocation system is driven by servo motor.
4. Full enclosure with three sliding doors, electrical cabinet has an IP54 protection level sealed structure and is equipped with a constant-temperature air conditioner.
5. The modular kit system enables customer-specific designs.
