Aluminum Profile Lead Out Table

An adjustable screw structure is used on the lead out table in order to adjust the roller level. Two sets of side gear rollers are provided to prevent the profile from slipping off the raceway.

A centrifugal fan with air duct is controlled by the frequency converter. An air nozzle is placed between every two rollers to accelerate the cooling effect, and the air duct is equipped with a guide plate to keep air exhaust uniform. When the puller is near, the pneumatic cylinder allows the side gear roller to lower. When the table is not near, the roller rises.
