The JSJ10 reduced voltage starter control panel is applicable in starting 3-phase motors from 18.5kW to 220kW, with power of 380V, 50Hz. The reduced-voltage pump control panel provides protection for electric motors against overload, open phase, and short circuit, and allows for little impact on the grid when starting the motor. When it is used together with Jushen's submersible pumps, protection units for stator overheat and for oil leakage (vertical sewage pump is not included) are required. We can equip the electrical control cabinet with bearing temperature tester (digital display) and an over-temperature alarm unit for motors over 90kw upon request.

Main Features

Automatic Liquid Level Control
1. Liquid level alarm is employed for cabinets that 2 or 3 pumps, creating a safer environment for DC 12V switch power
2. How does the universal mercury float switch work?
a. 2 float balls (more for ultra-high liquid level): upper float ball (high liquid level) turns on the pump; lower float ball (low liquid level) turns off the pump
b. 3 float balls (more for ultra-high liquid level): the second pump is turned on at high liquid level, and turned off when liquid drops to the medium level; the first pump turns on at medium level and turns off at low level
3. How does the KEY float ball work?
Each KEY ball can turn the pump on at high level (h1), and turn it off at low level (h2). With n balls working at 2n points to control the pumps, the system is highly efficient.
Working Environment
1. Ambient temperature: -5~ 40℃; no more than 35℃ in an average of 24 hours
2. Altitude: ≤2000m
3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% at 40℃; when the ambient temperature is low, a high relative humidity is acceptable, for example, 90% of humidity is allowed at 20℃; condensation can occur occasionally on the panel surface
4. Non-explosive; no corrosive gas or conductive dust that may wear down the panel's electrical performance
5. Installation: the tilt angle is no more than 5°
6. Power: rated voltage 380V±%, 50Hz
7. Working cycle: work continuously for long time;
8. For motors with a high rated operating frequency, the cumulative working time for several times shouldn't exceed the specified value. Stop the motor immediately when the autotransformer starter panel is overheated, and don't start it again before it is fully cooled down

The performance of JSJ11 series control cabinet is nearly the same as that of the JSJ10. The difference lies in the JSJ10's use of an overheat relay while the JSJ11 uses a motor protector for protection. The liquid level of both models are controlled and displayed digitally. The height of the water level (4 levels included) is adjustable at any time, and displayed with three decimal places, with cm-level resolution.
