Baffled bulk bags are made from polypropylene through a weaving process, and use corner baffles to maintain a square or rectangular shape without swelling when filled with goods, thus maximizing the use of space. In the process of transportation, packaging and storage, this saves up to 30% of transportation costs. In addition, we can design custom bags with more sizes and properties.

Complete cubic appearance when filled with goods The bulk bags hold about 30% more goods than other bags of the same size. Unlike paper bags, BOPP bags do not break and thus reduce the overall cost. Any pattern customers want can be printed, patterns which can’t be scratched or removed during packaging and transportation. When the FIBC bags cannot be used to load weights, the materials can be recycled. Lifting method: the baffled bulk bags have three types of lifting structures: top lifting type, side lifting type and bottom lifting type, and can be lifted by forklifts.
