As a professional bulk bags manufacturer, Boda has 17 years of processing experience. We use a modernized processing factory equipped with Austrian Starlinger winding lines. Monthly output of 1500 ton FIBC bags. All bulk bags can be customized depending on customer packaging targets, with manufacturing licenses for food grade bulk bags and certified bulk bags. FIBCs have a lower product weight ratio than other packaging methods. For example, transporting one metric ton of product, the package weight is 2-3 kilograms less. Due to its own integrated lifting loops, the FIBC can be applied to packaging, transportation and storage without need for pallets, which facilitates operations by forklifts and cranes. Though the bags have a large volume when filled, they are very light while empty. Thus they can be folded into flat shape, only taking up small space. FIBCs have excellent airtightness and can be recycled.
