Our sheet extrusion line can produce quality barrier thermoforming sheet for your packaging applications. As a result, produced thermoformed sheet provides the products with long service life and excellent durability.

The extrusion line is particularly designed to produce multilayer PP sheets. This extrusion line adopts PP resins as base materials in combination with masterbatches and additives, through multiple extruders that used to simultaneously coextrusion of multiple layers of materials, along with processes of three-roller calendaring, cooling, drawing and winding to form the material into the desired shape.
