Vacuum Angle Valve

Vacuum angle valve is suitable to work in temperature between 400℃ and 550℃. It is used with water, neutral liquid, steam, and air. Especially, vacuum valve is applicable in providing isolation for the turbine condensation system and negative pressure system of power plant, chemical factory, and paper mill, etc.

Main Features
1. For vacuum gate valve, we adopt stuffing box vacuum sealing and double-seated parallel structure
2. Stuffing box vacuum sealing and lift structure is employed for vacuum shutoff valve
3. Driving style: manually, electrically, and by gear
4. Connection: socket welding, flange, butt welding
5. The sealing structure comprised of seat, guide frame, and spring is able to realize self-compensation after the sealing layer is impacted by friction
6. The movement of the guide frame and the valve body ensures that the 2 seats move simultaneously
7. The valve disc and seat is connected and sealed vertically. The stroke and height of the valve is kept small
8. Vacuum sealing device is set for the stuffing box. To realize an effective isolation between the system and air, we adopt flexible graphite packed with nickel wire, and PTFE coated with nickel wire mesh for the seal ring, and inject high-vacuum silicone grease between the filler and the seal ring.
