Drawing Frame for Textile Spinning, FA320A

Drawing frame is a kind of machine used in spinning process to modify the inner structure of yarn and parallelize fiber. In drawing process, the fibers will be blended, doubled, and leveled.

Our new generation of draw frame is equipped with an autoleveller from Uster to realize an automatic control of the fibers. It will adjust the multiple of drafting automatically according to the sliver's thickness change, thus guaranteeing the high uniformity of slivers.

1. Drafting System
a. The draw frame employs 5 over 4 pressure bar drafting arrangement.
b. The drafting system is equipped with spring loaded top roller, the spring of which has been particularly processed with special technique, being able to work for long time without failure.

2. Fiber Delivery System
The guide bar for fiber delivery is made from Aluminum alloy. The fibers are fed on a flat belt at high delivery speed with little sliver breakage.

3. Stable Running
The main motor of the fiber drawing machine adopts variable speed electromagnetic braking motor, running stably and sensitively.

4. Intelligent Control
With PLC controller for the electric control system, speed of the drawing frame can be adjusted directly with the frequency converter. Operators can control the output, the delivery speed, the rated fiber length, and failure through the panel, which works basing on single-chip microcomputer.

5. Lubrication System
A fully-sealed oil lubrication system is adopted for noiseless and stable transmission

6. Cleaning Device
For the cleaning system, we adopt velvet cloth board for the upper machine body and wiper ring for the lower part, to keep the cleanliness of slivers.

7. Auto Machine Stop
In case of sliver breakage, we have specially introduced infrared photoelectric tube controlled by micro-chip microcomputer to detect the broken slivers. The failure of a single sliver will lead to the immediate stop of the draw frame.

8. Auto Can Changer
The can changer is supported by chains, featuring high reliability and high efficiency.

9. Wide Application
