5-Layer PE Cling Film Line (4 Winding Shafts)

This extrusion line is used to manufacture PE-based 5-layer cling films which are primarily used for food packaging and preserving. Through the extrusion process, the cling film is made with recipe of LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) compounding with various additives.

Features Optionally equipped with fully automatic die system and thickness gauge (with APC system), enhancing production accuracy and high automation; Winding unit is characterized by advanced and automatic four-shaft winding method, along with PLC control and touch screen, making operation easier. No need applying adhesive tapes on core, thus efficiently saving tape cost and labor cost; Equipped with safety light curtain, along with mechanical and electrical protection at cutting section to ensure operators’ safety during machine running; Compared to two-shaft winder, four-shaft winder implements automatic loading of paper core, automatic unloading of film rolls, as well as automatic cutting and roll changing, greatly improving production efficiency; Specifications
