This PE cling film line is designed to produce 5-layer cling films by utilizing LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) as base materials through extrusion process.

Features Adopting 5-layer feed block, two-shaft winding unit and PLC control system with touch screen, ensuring constant operation of the extrusion line; Two-shaft winder accomplishes automatic winding process without applying adhesive tapes on core, thus efficiently saving tape cost and labor cost; Equipped with safety light curtain, along with mechanical and electrical protection at cutting section to protect operators from injuries during machine running; Specifications
