Cast Film Lines for PEVA Embossed Laminating Film (Single and Multi-Layer)

The extrusion line is mainly used for manufacturing embossed films, non-woven laminated films and other laminates. Laminating films are produced predominantly using linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer.

Multiple extruders are used to accomplish co-extrusion process, multilayer structured laminating film can be manufactured in one process, featuring less processing procedures, low energy consumption and cost saving;
Entirely controlled by PLC, touch screen operation;
