Long-Screw Pile Driver (Walking Type)

Pile height:21 meters
Piling depth: It can work together with different devices to satisfy different requirements of pile foundation. Design can be adjusted according to customer requirements to meet construction needs.
Configuration: the pile adopts square structure, made from 16Mn board. The pile is foldable, and does not need to be dismantled. The cab is on the left front of the platform, with hydraulic cylinder for lift. Dual cylinder for travelling, travel step length 1.2 meters. With 430 power head, dual 45KW motor, two 17m drill pipes with diameter of 400mm and 600mm respectively, and 2 pipe heads for each drill pipe. And one power head cable, complete set of wire ropes, 5T main winch and 1.6T auxiliary winch. Imported Manuli hydraulic hose and Schneider contactor are adopted, and the standard frequency converter controls the rotation and the main winch.
