Continuous Waste Pyrolysis Plant

Working Principle

The raw materials are sent into the pyrolysis system, and sequentially pass the preheating layer, dehydration layer, cracking layer, and carbonization layer, then enter the carbon black discharging device. The vaporized part will directly flow into the Catalytic converters and then the condensation system. After a series of treatment, we will get fuel oil of different constituent.

Continuous Waste Pyrolysis Plant

Advantages of the Recycling Plant

1. Environmentally Friendly
The utilization of non-condensable gas as fuel has on one part eliminated waste gas pollution, on the other part saved a lot fuel.

2. High Automation
The feeding and discharging are conducted continuously and automatically. DCL and PLC control can be realized.

3. High Oil Yield
The cracking and catalysis process is done simultaneously, contributing to high oil yield and oil quality.

4. Small Investment
Taking little acreage, low power (water, electricity, fuel), few workers needed, low failure rate

5. Wide Application
Thewaste recycling pyrolysis equipment can realize temperature control upon the whole process. Various materials are acceptable.

6. High Safety
The adoption of high-temperature gas phase washing, and low-temperature liquid-solid separation has made the recycling equipment thoroughly different from traditional equipment easy to be blocked. The security is considerably improved.

Production Process

Notes: if coal is used for fuel, please bury the residues appropriately without doing harm to environment; if coal is used, the residues produced in pyrolysis can used as fuel cooperatively with coal.
