Advantages
In comparison to other commonly-used windows and doors, the thermal break aluminum casement window and door enjoy better wind resistance, sound insulation, water-tightness and thermal insulation. This casement window and casement door have an open angle of 90-180 degrees and have two types to choose from: economical type and luxurious type.

Profile
For this type of casement windows and doors, the profile usually has a thickness range of 1.2-2.0mm. The surface processes the profile undergoes are powder coating, anodic oxidation, electroplating and more. If demanded, a test report can also be sent to clients. Plus, customer should provide the RAL color number if he has special requirements for the coating color.

Glass
Thickness of single layer glass: 5-12 mm (Toughening treatment is available)
Thickness of hollow glass: 5 12 5 mm, 5 9 5 mm, 6 12 6 mm or customized.

Series
There are 50, 60, 70, 103 series available.

Hardware
All hardware components are purchased from domestic and foreign famous manufacturers, such as KingLong, ROTO, Guoqiang, etc.

Packaging
All glass windows and doors are covered with paper and films and finally put into wooden cases.

1. Please pay attention to the open direction and avoid damage caused by wrong operation.
2. Please do not tear off the protective films before the installation is finished.

We have installation guide to help you to get an easy installation and sub frames of installation are highly recommended for double brick wall, brick veneer wall, concrete wall, timber wall...

Q 5. Is there any price difference between powder coating and anodising?
No price difference between them.
We recommend you to choose anodised finish if the house is near salt water for long-effective corrosion resistance, but powder coating will be better if the house is far away from salt water.

Q 6. What kinds of hardware can you supply?
Commonly Germany brand, China top brand and Australia brand, and other brands are available.
We recommend you to use Australian brand if you are in Australia for easy replacement, so local brand is the best choice. Last but not the least, the price is different even if the same brand, as the locking system makes it happen, the locking systems we are using are long-lasting.
