Drum Flaker / Drum Dryer

Drum flaker, also known as drum dryer, is a continuous approach to solidify the molten substances that are attached on the surface of rotating drum into flakes through heat transfer method.

Features Scraper blade is used to remove the materials from the rotating drum, avoiding the accumulation of materials; Compact structure, small footprint; Atomized spraying for optimal cooling effect; Stepless speed control, rotating drum speed is adjustable; High precision of rotating drum; Can be used for both flaking and drying applications; Applications

Flaking	Polyethylene oligomer, petroleum resin, oxidized polyethylene and more high molecular products; Phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, naphthalene, fatty alcohol, bisphenol and other organic chemicals;
Drying	Dyestuff like sulfur dye; Inorganic solutions such as sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate and magnesium chloride; Food grade solution includes milk and skimmed milk;
