A mining shovel lifting system is a hydraulic lifting system controlled by a computer. The hydraulic lifting system can control multiple lifting sets at a time, maximizing personal and property safety.

The mining shovel lifting system can also monitor the cylinder’s location and pressure to help complete the loading tasks safely and easily regardless of load weights and sizes. A single power system can control up to eight single or double-acting cylinders or several cylinder sets. The pressure sensor can set pressure or loading limits for each or all of the cylinders. All the related data and graphs will be used to improve the performance of the mining shovel lifting system.
