Application of Lubricant Screw Pump
Developed for oil transmission, this lubrication pump has a specific requirement for media. For example, the temperature should not be higher than 150 ℃. The viscosity should be 3-760 cSt. The media should contain no particles and be non-corrosive.
Applications are found in hydraulic engineering, fuel oil transmission, heavy-duty machinery, shipping, offshore engineering, printing, chemical engineering and petroleum.

Description of Lubricant Screw Pump
SN, 3G triple screw pump produced by Life Company is a kind of positive displacement pumps. The driving screw and driven screw mesh well with each other and form several chambers along with the pump body. Liquids are sucked from the inlet, transferred by different chambers and finally to the outlet. In the transmission process, the liquid pressure has been boosted meanwhile a continuous, stable and linear transferring method has been achieved. This lubricant has a flow rate range of 0.2-590m/h, maximum working pressure of 100bar and highest working temperature of 150 ℃.
Good Advantages of Screw Type Lubricant Pump
1. Compact structure. Triple screw pumps we produce are usually classified into three types. The first type is small flow type, with a flow rate of 0.2-6.5m/h. The integrated pump body and bushing, along with mechanical sealing manner, provide wonderful sealing performance. The second one is medium flow pump, which is installed with an independent part for sealing. Large flow screw pump is the last type and has a horizontal installation method. According to properties of media, it has mechanical and packing sealing fashions. Additionally, the lubrication injection pump can be installed in either horizontal or vertical direction. AC and DC motors are available.
2. Long lasting. Because the driving screw is driven by motor and the driven screw by transferred lube oil, there is no direct contact between them. Such a design makes it possible to reduce harms by frequent friction and increases the service life. What's more, the lube oil also provides a film separating each component, further prolonging the already long lifespan.
3. High stability. In this triple screw pump, the oil will be transferred in a uniform and linear manner, thereby ensuring low pressure fluctuation, extremely stable flow, low noise, low inertia, little vibration and low starting torque.
4. Wonderful suction capacity. It saves us a lot on time and labor cost.
5. High degree of security. A protective valve has been equipped to ensure safety of motor and pipeline. While pressure exceeding the set value, high-pressure oil will flow back to fuel tank.

Both driving shaft and driven shaft have been quenching, rough turning, finish turning, tempering and nitriding, thus ensuring excellent characteristics.
Well processed pump body, valve and cover are stable and reliable.
Finish processed by cutting-edge machining equipment, the valve core is good quality and highly precise.
