Rod Blanks / Repair Cable / Conductor Repair

Purpose
Repair rods are wrapped around the conductor, enabling you to repair the damaged conductor and make sure the damaged area does not expand. The repair cables restore both the mechanical strength and electrical conductivity of the conductor.

Features
a. The repair rod's material should be the same as the conductor being repaired.
b. The repair rods are installed easily, no need for any special tools.
c. The repair rod has nearly universal application options.

Cautions:
The damaged area must be below 7% of the total area for the repair rod to be useful. (ASCR should not damage the steel core.) When calculating the damaged area, take the total aluminum wire area for the base.
