Continuous Fryer

By using a multi-functional continuous fryer, we have been able to design and provide full solutions for a variety of food processing lines, including:
1. Frozen french fry processing line
2. Potato chip processing line
3. Frozen hash brown processing line
4. Frozen chicken nugget processing line
5. Frozen meat patty/vegetable pie processing line
6. Fried nuts processing line

A potato chip processing and packaging line was installed earlier this year in the Middle East. The output capacity is 300kg.hour.

From fresh potatoes to a ready package, the major processing steps include peeling and washing, cutting, blanching, frying and packing.
