General description
On the basis of MF-I spec, the square spec pulse dust filter with cloth bag MF-II is the amended and improved one. In addition to the advantages that type I is high in the dust removing efficiency, big in the air capacity, stable in the performance, easy in operation and maintenance, MF-II has the better result than MF-I. Such as: it is not easy to build up the powder and its application is wide and so on. The device is widely used for the ventilation, dust removing and powder restoration in the grain, food, feed-stuff, metallurgical, chemical, building material, medical and other industries.
Principle:
The air stream containing dust passes the lower chamber from air inlet, and part of it deposit when light particle dust is floated, it is retarded in the bag. The purified air penetrate the filtrating bag and passes into the upper chamber through Venturi tube and is exhausted from outlet.
The dust depositing and attaching to the outer wall of the filter bags increase continuously. If the resistance reaches the limited range (in general it should be 80~120 mm H2O Hg), it is necessary to clean the dust depositing and attaching to the outer wall of the filter bags. The method is as follows: controller triggers each control valve in order periodically, thus the pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air inside the gas holder releases through spray nozzles( Primary air.), inducing several times of the primary air (secondary air )around it to enter the filter bags through the Venturi tube, therefore the secondary air makes the filter bags expand rapidly momentarily. Accompanying counter action of the air stream, the dust is shaked off and drop to the dust gate and is discharged outside the machine.
Scope of application:
It is widely used in ventilation, dust-removal, and dust recovery in metallurgy, casting, mining, chemical industry, medicine, feed, food processing and other industries.
