Honson HS160 brass compression flange fittings for PE pipes are designed according to DIN8076-1 for use on water distribution.

Features Ideal for use in plumbing system Available from 75mm to 110mm. Adaptable for polyethylene pipes (PE) joint of low, medium and high density Body and nut made in hot forging brass according to UNE-EN12165. Min and max Temp: -10°C to 80°C Max Pressure PN: 16 bar (PN-16) Marked for full traceability Compliant with standard DIN8076-1 Adaptable pipe: LDPE, MDPE, HDPE Surface treatment options: raw Max Pressure PN: 16 bar (PN-16) Fastening threads: ISO228/1 Structure Assemble instruction Cut the pipe with the pipe cutter or the saw. Deburr the pipe with the file or the deflashing tool. Place the compression ring, the washer ring and the O-ring on the pipe with extremely smooth Insert the pipe fully into all accessories. Place the pipe with all the components inside the body until the pipe keeps fixed inside, ensuring that all of them have moved into its final position before tightening. Tighten the nut on the body with screw tightening. Security rules Personnel who perform the work must be properly trained in the safe use of hand tools and be able to identify the hazards and risks associated with different assembly steps. Choose the right tool for each step. Ensure that the tools are of good quality and well maintained. Avoid environments that will make the assembly more difficult.
