Vibrator (for Scraps Cleaning)

Characteristics
1. The vibrating shaft rotates while it drives the vibration of the belt to clean the scraps.
2. The machine runs smoothly at high speeds with little to no noise. The amplitude of the vibrating shaft is adjustable, and the shaft and belt are driven by independent motor drives. The vibration frequency of the belt and transmission speed of the belt can be individually adjusted to meet different customer requirements.
3. The belt rack moves horizontally. It come with a self-locking structure after a side sway. The front and rear pulleys are made of high strength aerospace aluminum, which is light weight and provides an attractive, professional appearance. The belt is also equipped with paper scrap cleaning devices on the front and back to avoid the blockage of paper scraps in the belt slot, preventing the belt from snapping.
4. The vibrator is equipped with a brush, draft fan and transverse conveyor belt to transport the wastepaper to the side of the machine for easy cleaning and collection.
5. The electric travelling mechanism allows employees to install and adjust the printing plate between the scrap cleaning vibrator and the die cutter.
6. The scrap conveyor works with automatic printer slotter die cutting machines.
